A competitive price, an efficient schedule and a trusting relationship merged for Riis Borg in the Doubletree Guest Suites project. What began as two model rooms segued into negotiations for a renovation of the hotel's pool and spa area.

Project description:
Initial main concerns centered on how long the exercise and relaxation facilities would be closed to hotel guests, but Riis Borg responded with an aggressive schedule and claimed an aesthetic victory-on time. The new look replaced the existing pool deck's ceramic tile. The whirlpool, sauna, restrooms and workout area were also included in this renovation.
