The Regency Saving Bank project posed space limitations that Riis Borg worked out by moving the teller line and relocating the tenant to keep them open throughout the renovation process. The project was performed in two phases.

Project description:
• Extensive renovations to both the interior and exterior of the facility while keeping the bank operational during construction

Project highlights:
• Private offices featuring wood casings and clear glass

• New teller areas and check-writing stands with inlaid stainless accents

• New ADA-accessible entry way with limestone floor

• Exterior features including slate roofing, limestone columns, parapet cladding, updated landscaping, and a new parking lot
