The owner of First Bank of Oak Park wanted to give something back to the community with the renovation of their facility while creating better visibility for the bank, which is located in the middle of a commercial block. A massive site work package and renovation provided a fresh greeting for customers and broadened commercial banking operations.

Project description:
• Interior and exterior renovation including a 2,000-square-foot addition that more than doubled the size of the existing bank

• Revitalization of the interior while building better street visibility for the exterior of the facility

• Construction of a luxurious fountain entryway

• Addition of a drive-up window
