PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT
Full Time

Job Description
Responsibilities include: On-site project management and supervision; developing and maintaining client relationships; ensuring profitable and timely project completion; maintaining the company/site-specific safety program; pre-project planning; leading the schedule effort and forecasting potential deviations; generating accurate daily reports; verifying dimensions for control and construction; controlling the RFI process by proposing multiple suggestions; successfully managing and coordinating subcontractors; leading project meetings; quality control; conflict resolution; and reviewing/maintaining monthly as-builts.

Requirements
A minimum of 5+ years experience in commercial ground construction and tenant improvement work with a project portfolio of jobs ranging from $300,000 to $6,000,000. Demonstrable commitment to safety, including OSHA 30-hour course certification; strong scheduling experience; timely and profitable completion history of past projects; familiarity with shop drawings; solution-oriented mindset; an aptitude for teamwork; good time management skills; excellent written skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word; familiarity with Sure Track; Timberline Project Management knowledge a plus; relevant college experience and willingness to travel out of state a plus.

PROJECT MANAGER
Full Time

Job Description
Responsibilities include: Conceptual and budget estimating; overall project management; scheduling; negotiation and awarding of owner and subcontractor contracts; conflict resolution; monitoring and reporting of job costs, as well as ensuring profitable and timely project completion; and developing and maintaining client relationships. Additional responsibilities include successful project team training, mentoring, and management of subordinates.

Requirements
A minimum of 5+ years experience in commercial ground construction and tenant improvement work with a project portfolio of jobs ranging from $300,000 to $6,000,000. Selected individuals must have skills in Timberline, critical path scheduling, estimating, cost projections, as well as superior client management and communication skills. A college degree in construction management or engineering is a plus.

PROJECT ENGINEER
Full Time & Summer Internship

Job Description
Responsibilities include: Assisting Project Managers and Superintendent to ensure technical management of projects ranging from interiors to ground up construction; coordinating all submittal packages according to schedule; soliciting subcontractors for bids; updating project schedules; managing documents, including RFI's and transmittals; reviewing shop drawings, identifying and researching drawing conflicts; attending and documenting project meetings; creating and maintaining project file system; assisting Project Manager with estimates and takeoffs; and completing project closeout process to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

Construction Management, Architectural, or Engineering degree preferred, with the desire to work in construction. Experience in construction and/or familiarity with Timberline, Prolog, or other Project Management software, as well as OSHA regulations and requirements, are a plus. Excellent computer and written skills are required.
