Town and Country is a Pediatrics Office that provides services,
information and resource to the Chicago area. The organization
offers the most current diagnostic and treatment services
for infants and children as well as comprehensive supervision
of their healthcare needs. Since the opening of its first
office, the practice has thrived and two additional offices
have been opened to better serve the Chicago area. This office,
its newest, is located on Halsted Street, and was built to
take the place of the Clybourn office, which the organization
had outgrown.
Project description:
• 13,000 square foot tenant build-out. The tenant space
consists of exam rooms, treatment rooms, laboratories, reception/waiting
area and medical offices.
Project highlights:
• Extensive plumbing including waste lines on the 2nd
floor ceiling which needed to be coordinated with tenant
below.
• Installed medical cabinetry in all exam rooms and
laboratories.
• Riis Borg worked with owner vendors to coordinate
work performed to ensure completion on time.
• The base building, other tenant spaces and Town and
Country were all being constructed concurrently by various
construction companies. Riis Borg formed relationships with
other contractors to coordinate the use of common areas to
assure that all of the projects ran smoothly.
