Several Resurrection / St. Francis Hospital locations provide a variety of care to patients throughout the Chicagoland area.

Project description:
• Transformation and renovation of three big-box retail stores into healthcare facilities

Project highlights:
• Existing vaulted ceiling was softened with colorful banners in the lobby area and with a patterned, acoustic ceiling tile grid system in the remainder of the space

• Wood-grained vinyl flooring gave a warm inviting appearance with easy maintenance and durability

• Facilities included private-practice and urgent-care rooms, X-ray and mammography units, and a cancer-care center with an aquarium for added serenity within the treatment area

• Hospital completed the project on time and within budget through value engineering of the building‚Äôs mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
