Project description:
• Complete
renovation of a four-story West Loop medical and dental office
building
• Update of all interior design to improve the center‚Äôs
overall look and feel
• Complete overhaul of the
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and lighting systems after
careful review and analysis
Project highlights:
• Multi-phase construction
plan was coordinated with physicians and other personnel
to ensure minimal day-to-day disruptions since the building
remained occupied
• Employee lounge added to
provide a pleasant environment for doctors and staff to
relax
• Project also included new
drywall, ceilings, flooring, custom millwork, and other custom
finishes
