Riis Borg constructed and partially occupies this structure on Hooker Street in the trendy area known as Chicago’s Goose Island. Design and construction was a collaborative effort between Riis Borg’s owners, employees, and the architects at Terp Meyers. The stand-out building is composed of structural steel, pre-cast concrete, and masonry construction materials and features a brick-and-glass façade.
