The renovation of the River Forest Country Club clubhouse was a Design Build project with the architects at Chipman Adams, Ltd. The club was first organized in 1926 and underwent significant improvements in the late ’80s and ’90s including a complete clubhouse renovation.

Project description:
• Complete gut rehab of the clubhouse to meet both the club’s needs and substantial village requirements

• New men’s and women’s locker rooms, men’s lounge, formal lounge/bar, and mixed grill bar

• Complete modernization of kitchen facilities

• Elegant renovation of the first-floor entry and second-floor ballroom

• High-end millwork throughout the beautiful wine storage room
