Park Ridge Country Club offers
golf, tennis, and swimming facilities for its members. In
1998, the club became the permanent administrator and home
to the Champion of Champions Golf Tournament for private
golf and country clubs in the Chicago area.
Project description:
Phase I
• Exterior clubhouse renovation, including a high-profile
centennial commons area with a monumental clock as the focal
point.
• Remodeled the pro shop’s canopy and facade along
with a total up-scale of the outside terrace.
Phase II
• Complete remodel of the existing dining room and
first floor restroom facilities.
• Complete construction of a new basement and terrace to the clubhouse.
Project highlights:
Phase I
• Paving brick was used to front an expansive staircase
connecting the upper terrace to the lower commons and pro
shop area.
• The stairs are bordered on both sides by “Gardens
of Babylon” masonry plating terraces.
Phase II
• Completed this four-month phase of the project in
only three months while overcoming several weather delays.
