Northmoor Country Club

This private country club located in the North Shore suburb of Highland Park includes three nine-hole courses, a large clubhouse, and golf shop. Riis Borg completed multiple projects dating back to the early 1990s.

Project description:
• Phase 1: Installation of a new bar in an existing cocktail lounge and renovation of the entire lounge with high-end finishes

• Phase 2: Renovation and rehab of the club’s 1,000-square-foot kitchen

• Multiple dining room renovations including life safety upgrades

Project highlights:
• Completion of first phase during off-season months for minimal impact on the clubhouse operations

• Creation of quality, consistent, luxurious finishes throughout the clubhouse for an inviting atmosphere for members to mingle and enjoy Northmoor’s renowned service

• Installation of an automatic kitchen equipment control system, a new basement, pre-cast floor planks, and a new entryway during the second phase
